This is an important message regarding today’s dismissal. Please read thoroughly.
Unfortunately, due to the amount of snow we received, sidewalks in the area are not clear and there is limited parking. Therefore, we are going to make a change to today’s dismissal process.
We are going to allow parents to park in the school yard and adjust our dismissal schedule. Like morning drop-off, please enter the school yard through the Lincoln Street entrance and exit onto Whitcomb Street. Please exit your vehicle and come to the door designated below to pick-up your child. If you have multiple students in the school. Please follow the directions for your youngest child.
1:55 PM DISMISSAL: PRE-K 3-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM, PRE-K 4-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM, KINDERGARTEN, & GRADE 1
- ALL PreK students will be dismissed at the rear entrance of the school – as usual.
- Students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 will be dismissed from the side entrance of the school – by the red cross walk.
2:15 DISMISSAL
Students in Grades 2-4 will be dismissed from the side entrance of the school – by the red cross walk – as usual.
2:30 DISMISSAL
Students in Grade 5-8 will be dismissed from the side entrance of the school – by the red cross walk – as usual.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Do not arrive early if you have a later dismissal time and do not have multiple children.
- Wait until cars are loaded and people are not walking through the school yard before moving your vehicle.
- Exit onto Whitcomb Street
If any of these changes create a significant problem or undue hardship, please call the school immediately at 508-943-0378.
