Fall Sports Registration

Dear Parents and Students,

As we approach the fall season, we're thrilled to offer sports activities for students to join. Here’s information you need to know about registration, upcoming events, and how you can get involved.

Registration Details

Registration for Fall Sports is Now Open!
Deadline: Friday, August 30th

• Fall Sports Offered: Soccer, Cross Country
• Eligibility: Open to all students in grades 5-8
• How to Register: Family Portal under Webforms

Please note that students can participate in multiple sports, and we will do our best to coordinate schedules to avoid conflicts.

We Need Coaches! Are you interested in coaching or volunteering? Your support is invaluable in making our sports programs successful. Positions:  Head soccer coach Assistant XC coach What’s Involved: Coaching, assisting with practices, and helping at games Benefits: Service hours, experience, and making a positive impact on students Registration fee waiver and service hours offered for all coaches. TeamSnap will be used for all sports related activities throughout the season. If you do not already have an account, you will get an invite shortly after registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN YOU REGISTER

You can sign up on the  FACTS Parents Web Portal under WebForms.

There are multiple forms, you must fill out all 3 forms:

• Athletic Forms and Releases
• Sports Selections
• Uniform sizing

***The cost for participation is $45/student/sport.

You will be billed through FACTS after the second week of practices for each sport.  ***This way your child has a chance to try the sport without committing to the cost.  You will need to notify jboudreau@sjs-webster.com that your child no longer wants to participate in order to waive the fee.  After the fee is billed, there will be no refunds.

Your child must have an up-to-date physical to participate in any of the sports offered.
